Early Bird Registration is NOW OPEN!

Ring in 2023, sleep in, then head to Pack Square to kick off the new year on the right foot! Run, walk, or crawl your way to completion of your first resolution! This event is a fantastic way to say goodbye to 2022 and welcome 2023 with new fitness goals! The annual holiday tradition races through the streets of downtown Asheville and nearby North Asheville neighborhoods, including the beautiful, famous Grove Park area on the 10k route, before heading back downtown to run up North Market Street on the only remaining block of unique, historic, cobblestone brick pavers in Asheville, to the finish line.

The 9th Annual New Year’s Resolution Run 5k and 10k takes place in downtown Asheville on January 1st, 2023, at 10am.
