Biltmore Park Turkey Trot returns to South Asheville on Thanksgiving Day.

The 3rd Annual Biltmore Park Turkey Trot returns on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26th at 9am. Come join us for this fun and festive 5K that winds through beautiful Biltmore Park Town Square and the surrounding neighborhood in South Asheville.

Thanksgiving is the largest running holiday with families all over the country! Turkey Trots are a great way to start the day. Join us at Biltmore Park Town Square and enjoy some fresh air and exercise before gathering around the table for your Thanksgiving feast! You’ll share miles and smiles with your family and friends as part of this fun, annual tradition.

The Biltmore Park Turkey Trot course is a USATF certified 5k. The route will begin and end in Biltmore Park Town Square in South Asheville and run through the surrounding neighborhood.

Race starts promptly at 9am in Biltmore Park Town Square

We are offering the following discount pricing for this year’s race. Each discount will automatically apply to your cart if you qualify.

 –  Ages 10 and under: Register at any point for $20 

- Ages 11 - 16: Register at any point for $23

- Family Pack (3 or more registrants): When you register 3 or more participants, each person will receive a $3 discount. (Limited to 6 participants)

VOLUNTEER WITH US!

Come and volunteer with us at the Biltmore Park Turkey Trot! Hand out awards, cheer on racers, help at packet pick-up or help set up and break down! Volunteers receive race awesome race swag, a free t-shirt, a discounted entry fee and a whole lot of kudos. 

RACE SHIRTS

All participants will receive a 50/50 poly-blend long sleeve shirt when they register by November 1st. After that date, shirts will be available for purchase online in limited sizes/quantities for $10.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be NO refunds for this event. Entries are non-transferable. Race Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions. If the event is rescheduled due to the weather or ‘”Acts of God”, registration fees are NOT refundable or transferable for the following year or for another upcoming idaph event. In the event of cancellation due to “Acts of God,” registration fees are NOT refundable or transferable for the following year. Expenses for the event have been incurred and are paid up-front regardless if the event takes place or not. In the event of a natural disaster or “Act of God” that would prohibit the event from taking place, the event will not be re-scheduled, it would be canceled.​
