The Course

The courses offer 3 unique opportunities to elevate your fitness among the rolling hills and towering trees that make up this beautiful forest. The 1-mile course is great for runners and walkers and features wide forest roads and some double-track trails. The 5K course features a mixture of forest roads and trails with some moderately challenging terrain. The 8.5-mile course is a trail runners dream. With nearly 1,000 feet of elevation gain, it’s a challenging endurance route taking you through the most beautiful parts of the forest. The 1-mile course will have a single water station while the 5K and 8.5-mile course each have 2 water stations.
