We know the highs, lows, and challenges of race day because we’ve been there—running, riding, swimming, and yes, rolling out the yoga mats too. iDaph was born out of attending events that felt disorganized, impersonal, and more like a money grab than a meaningful experience. We knew it could—and should—be better.

We make decisions for the athlete, not the bottom line. If it doesn’t make your day better, we don’t do it. That’s why we obsess over every detail, from clearly marked courses to volunteers who cheer you on like they mean it. Because they do.

We’re not some pop-up race crew that vanishes overnight. Western North Carolina is home, and our events are baked in community love—from the neighborhoods we run through to the businesses we support. We care deeply about the places we race, which means we take extra care with course markings, signage, and race-day logistics to respect the roads, trails, and communities we call friends, colleagues, and neighbors.

Every race, even our smallest 5K, ends with a little celebration. If you crush it, we’ve got locally sourced awards to honor your hustle. We recognize overall winners and the top 3 participants in each age group.
