Like our races, our training programs are designed for people of all athletic abilities and experience. It's a chance to learn something new, sharpen your skills or just meet new people. Most programs are seasonal so be sure to check back periodically for new opportunities.

Coach Jess is here to help you level up with her Rogue Runner 10K Beginner Training Plan. This program is perfect for newer runners, with 3 flexible runs per week, strength tips, hydration/nutrition guidance, and direct email support from Jess herself. Fleet Feet Tuesday Evening Run

Join Fleet Feet Asheville every Tuesday night at 6pm at the store for a walk/run around beautiful Biltmore Park. They run rain-or-snow-or-shine (no lightning or thunder!) year-round, and EVERYONE is welcome. All paces, walkers/runners, dogs, baby strollers are welcome! LEARN MORE

BLACK BEAR HALF MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM

Our friends at Fleet Feet Asheville have developed a training program to help you reach your goals through quality coaching and community support. The 12-week program begins July 22nd and offers a digital training program with three optional group meet ups a week. This is suitable for first time half marathoners and returning racers looking for a group training experience.
