Our amazing volunteers help at race registration, the finish area, on the course, water stations, merch tent, and beyond! Join us (or have your friend or family member) support for a four hour shift and earn a $50 or $100 gift card to be used towards a future iDaph owned race or merchandise. (Gift cards ARE transferable from family/friends and valid until 12/31/2024!) Don't want a gift card? Donate your earnings to iDream Athletes Foundation or to one of the race non-profits (your choice)!

Volunteer Positions:
Packet Pickup
Thursday, Nov. 23 | 7AM - 11AM
Details: As a packet pickup volunteer, you'll be the go-to person for runners picking up goody bags, shirts and race bibs. Typically this volunteer will assist and support in various packet pickup roles throughout their shift. It is a good idea to read over the event guide before packet pickup so you have knowledge of general race information. Don't forget to bring your own snacks and water to keep you fueled and ready to make this event unforgettable!

Food & Drink Tent
Thursday, Nov. 23 | 7AM - 11AM
Details: You will set up tents, tables and organize fruit, snacks and drinks and replenish throughout the race at the post race runner snack tent. You will be lifting heavy boxes and will be on your feet for your entire shift while maintaining stock levels of these items. We advise you to bring your own water/snacks to keep you going during your shift. You will be working outside for the entirety of your shift.

Finish Line Medals
Thursday, Nov. 23 | 7AM - 11AM
Details: We need energetic people to hand out finisher medals to our runners as they cross the finish line! You may be asked to open and unwrap the finisher medals to lay them out on the tables and on medal racks. We advise you to bring your own water/snacks to keep you going during your shift. Dress comfortably and be prepared for any and all types of weather. You will be working outside for the entirety of your shift.

Set up + Clean Up
Thursday, Nov. 23 | 6:45AM - 10:45AM
Details: Get ready to be a race champion! Help us set up and break down the start and finish areas at the race hub. From barricades and tents to banners and start and finish lines, you'll be hands-on and making a difference. Must be comfortable moving and lifting heavy items. Mechanically inclined is a plus! Don't forget to bring your own water and snacks to stay energized throughout your shift. Dress comfortably and be ready for any weather. Rain or shine, you'll be working outside. Let's make this event unforgettable!

Parking
Thursday, Nov. 23 | 6:45AM - 10:45AM
Details: Let's keep the race groovin' by making sure vehicles park in the right spots! You will be given a hi-viz, reflective vest and assist with pointing and directing cars to park in the parking areas for the race. We advise you to bring your own water/snacks to keep you going during your shift. Dress comfortably and be prepared for any and all types of weather. You will be working outside for the entirety of your shift.

Course Marshall
Thursday, Nov. 23 | 6:45AM - 10:45AM
Details: Do you enjoy being part of the action and are you full of fun energy! We are looking for energized volunteers to help direct runners along the race route. You will be posted at an intersection and given instructions on the runner route to direct the runners during the race. You will be given a hi-viz, reflective vest. We advise you to bring your own water/snacks to keep you going during your shift. Dress comfortably and be prepared for any and all types of weather. You will be working outside for the entirety of your shift and standing for its duration.
